About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential hotel clients through research, outreach, and networking.

  • Support the sales process, from lead qualification to meeting scheduling, ensuring a smooth transition to senior account executives when needed.
  • Participate in sales training programs, including shadowing experienced sellers and receiving guidance on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Hotel Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A general understanding of the hotel industry, distribution landscape, and revenue management principles.
  • An interest in building a career in B2B sales; previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
