Administrative and HR Specialist

Shu You Industrial Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is a reputable company looking for a talented HR and Administration professional to join our team.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, managing office operations, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Liaising with local authorities to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor-related matters.
- Managing government requests, including providing required information, submitting reports, and appearing at government offices when necessary.
- Preparing and processing payroll accurately for staff, including statutory payments.
- Handling attendance reports, leave management, overtime, allowances, and other compensation-related details.
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and maintaining accurate documentation of employee records.
- Updating the company's policies and procedures to comply with current employment laws and regulations.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Coordinating and resolving employee-related issues, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
- Education: At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and administration, with a strong understanding of the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory regulations.
- Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport for work-related travel.
- Based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, or willing to relocate.
