About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Administration professional to join our team at Shu You Industrial Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaising with local authorities to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor-related matters.
  2. Managing government requests, including providing required information, submitting reports, and appearing at government offices when necessary.
  3. Preparing and processing payroll accurately for staff, including statutory payments.
  4. Handling attendance reports, leave management, overtime, allowances, and other compensation-related details.
  5. Supporting the implementation of HR policies and maintaining accurate documentation of employee records.
  6. Updating the company's policies and procedures to comply with current employment laws and regulations.
  7. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  8. Coordinating and resolving employee-related issues, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  9. Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and administration, with a strong understanding of the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory regulations.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
