About the Job

Crowe Malaysia PLT is seeking a seasoned head of compensation to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive compensation strategy that drives business results through total rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy Development: Create and implement competitive compensation frameworks that align with market trends.
  • Benefits Program Design: Manage the design and implementation of benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market analysis to ensure pay practices remain competitive and support business needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize total rewards programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, and HR teams to integrate rewards strategy with broader business goals.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading compensation and benefits strategies across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
  • Strong understanding of consumer-led industries, with expertise in managing regional reward structures.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and incentive structures.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders.
