About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits, and integrated business solutions. As a Talent Development Specialist at Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd, you will play a key role in driving talent development initiatives across Asia.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to compile and evaluate data related to employee performance, training needs, and development outcomes. This information will be used to make informed recommendations for future training requirements.

You will also be responsible for coordinating induction and onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Training and Development: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile and evaluate data related to employee performance, training needs, and development outcomes.
  • Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and influence others, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
