We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Business Systems Analysis in our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) division at ResMed.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future strategy for our Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Retail business unit, driving growth and excellence through cutting-edge technology and collaboration.

As a seasoned leader, you'll have the opportunity to lead our DTC and Retail team based in one of our APAC region entities, preferably in Kuala Lumpur or India.

About the Role:

You will lead a team of professionals and participate in projects related to DTC, Retail, and Homecare business applications. You will provide inputs, assistance, and reviews in complex application solutions and work with both internal and external software providers, ResMed business, and GTS staff.

In this role, you will define the target application solution design aligning with other COE and engineering teams. Additionally, you will manage a team responsible for:

  • Designing and promoting robust, scalable solution designs while aligning with cross-functional teams.
  • Enforcing standards such as patterns, reference models, platforms, and configurations.
  • Building standard templates and integrations that can be extended to new Direct to Consumer (DTC) business areas.
  • Following the Project Method and Change Management process.

You will also coach and mentor your team to meet and exceed commitments while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Experience in managing and delivering software solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, and database management.
  • Proven experience in managing small teams.
  • Exposure to eCommerce, CRM, and integration systems such as Shopify, Hybris, Salesforce, Boomi, etc.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in customer-focused areas like e-commerce, ordering, distribution, sales & customer support, and marketing.
  • Driven to build a highly motivated team.
  • Passion for solving business problems with technology with the ability to leverage technological opportunities to solve problems and improve process efficiency at scale. Capable of effectively communicating technology concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing global and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term operational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Knowledgeable in Order Management, Distribution and Finance processes.
  • Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies, such as generative AI and its applications.
  • Commitment to data security, data privacy, legal requirements, quality, and compliance.
