Job Overview

This Logistics Management Associate role plays a critical part in our Command Centre operations. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional freight forwarding services to clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Command Centre, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and effective manpower utilization.
  • GPS Tracking System Maintenance: Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, configure geofencing, and maintain accurate records of prime movers and lorries equipped with GPS systems.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to present the functions of the Command Centre and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate reports and documents, both electronically and in hard copy.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, CIMT, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the transportation industry and proficiency in IT.
  • Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems and computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
