Job Summary:

The Learning & Development Associate will support the L&D Manager and Director in various initiatives, including coordinating onboarding programs, administrative tasks, and departmental projects. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be actively involved in the Onboarding program to assist new joiners in effectively assimilating into the company culture.
  • Provide administrative support for learning initiatives aligned with L&D's purpose.
  • Actively participate in various departmental projects.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Lead to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Lead and monitor teams supporting assigned technical programs, non-technical programs, or technology-based learning programs.
  • Work closely with facilitator teams for the delivery of technical or non-technical programs.
  • Support the L&D Managers on various initiatives and projects.
  • Deliver high-quality products and exceptional service to meet internal clients' needs and L&D requirements.
  • Build meaningful relationships internally and externally to drive collaborative solutions.
  • Leverage the Global Learning Management System (GLMS) to manage daily tasks efficiently.
  • Generate regular stakeholder reports and compliance reports.
  • Maintain and update program information in GLMS and L&D portal to align with current learning pathways.
  • Promote innovative solutions to support technical and non-technical programs.
  • Achieve accreditation as a Virtual Classroom (VC) producer to support VC facilitator teams.
  • Participate in L&D projects initiated by KPMG Global Learning & Development or KPMG Asia Pacific Learning & Development teams.
  • Contribute to People projects initiated by the People, Performance, and Culture team from time to time.
  • Perform day-to-day responsibilities and tasks within the department.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Human Resource Development/Management/Business Administration/Business Management; other fields may be considered.
  • Prior experience in coordinating/organizing training programs or a similar capacity is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate an excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills, being friendly and approachable.
  • Show ability to work independently.
  • Cultivate creative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate passion for helping and developing others.
  • Show aptitude for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Display strong coordination skills with attention to detail, thoroughness, and timeliness.
