About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at AsiaQuest Internet Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, IT consulting, or business analysis within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather client requirements and engage with them to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design tailored digital solutions, including web and mobile applications, cloud services, and system integration.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to communicate the value of Asia Quest's offerings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate RFP/RFI response management, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights on best-fit solutions and technology stacks.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align solutions with client expectations and project deliverables.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and trust in Asia Quest's services.
Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, IT consulting, or business analysis within the IT industry.
  • Ability to develop action plans to achieve set KPIs.
  • At least 1 year of experience in any phase of SaaS service sales, implementation, development, or operations and maintenance.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, web and mobile application development, cloud services, and system integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
  • Experience in proposal writing, project scoping, and technical documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
