About the Position

Talent Recruit is seeking a highly experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Sales & Marketing team of a prominent steel manufacturer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven sales and marketing strategy that drives business growth.
  • Lead and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in the steel manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior marketing leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
