Head of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team as a Head of Sales and Business Development. As a key member of our team, the Head of Sales and Business Development will oversee sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service standards are met at all times.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
Requirements
  • Sales and Business Development skills: Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding business revenue.
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing sales teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team Management expertise: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strategic planning and decision-making abilities: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
