About the Role

This role involves coordinating and supervising accounts payable, ensuring effective governance and control over the Accounts Payable function. Key responsibilities include implementing processes and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality AP processing services within defined quality and service levels.
  • Support senior management in managing day-to-day operating expenditures.
  • Implement AP processes and internal controls to ensure governance and compliance.
  • Supervise recording of all AP transactions for timely and accurate monthly and yearly closing.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to streamline AP processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good working knowledge of business and industry.
  • Working knowledge in managing AP and application of local/international accounting standards.
  • Proven experience in SAP accounting applications is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills.
  • Proficiencies in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in local language and English, both written and spoken.
