The role of Assistant Manager Accounts Payable plays a critical part in supporting the AP Manager in managing the overall AP function. Key responsibilities include:

  7. Audit Support: Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring all AP records are accurate and up-to-date.
  8. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve AP processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  9. Control Process: Highlighting potential risks or gaps in current AP processes and proposing solutions to tighten control processes.
  10. Team Supervision: Supervising and mentoring the AP team, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance and development.
