Business Operations Assistant

Syspex Mechatronic (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented Business Operations Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleThe Business Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting in managing purchase orders, preparing reports on purchasing status, and maintaining accurate purchasing records in the SAP system. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and expediting, monitoring, and coordinating deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure Purchase Order acknowledgement and on-time delivery
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data in the SAP system
- Preparation of reports and summarize purchasing status
- Assist in managing and following up on purchase orders
- Support and coordinate with internal departments with information related to purchase order
- Expedite, monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time
- To maintain and upkeep documentation related to purchase order
- Support Procurement activity in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business or Supply Chain Management related
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
