You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide top-tier customer support for our Docker-based solutions
* Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve critical problems

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* Minimum of 3 years enterprise technical support experience at a high-growth SaaS technology company
* Experienced with Docker products such as Docker Engine, Docker Hub, and Docker Desktop
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work remotely across time zones

**Nice to Have:**

* Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration
* Familiarity with IT automation software (CI/CD)
* Familiarity with the Go programming language
* Familiarity with REST API and web applications
