Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Orienting patients, taking thorough medical histories, and performing physical examinations as needed
  • Ordering laboratory and radiographic studies based on initial evaluations and making therapeutic decisions in conjunction with the patient
  • Administering medication or treatment as necessary and providing minor surgical procedures when required
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments provided
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

  • Be licensed to practice medicine in accordance with state law
  • Hold a minimum of one year of experience in a relevant environment, preferably in an outpatient medical clinic or urgent care center
  • Hold Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Primary Care Medicine
