Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Perform daily operational tasks in the hub, adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain dispatchers' adherence to SOPs and provide guidance as needed.
  • Analyze and present data insights using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Organize workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of a primary or secondary school certificate.
  • Prior experience in the logistics industry is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry and systems analysis.
  • Strong team collaboration and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management systems.
  • Able to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
