Administrative Support Specialist

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Perform daily operational tasks in the hub, adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain dispatchers' adherence to SOPs and provide guidance as needed.
- Analyze and present data insights using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Organize workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Candidate must possess a minimum of a primary or secondary school certificate.
- Prior experience in the logistics industry is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry and systems analysis.
- Strong team collaboration and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management systems.
- Able to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Annual leave entitlement.
