Business Development Representative

We are seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets and customers.
You will evaluate and anticipate the needs of our customers, recommend win-win solutions, and build productive long-lasting relationships. You will also forecast sales trends and develop effective sales plans to deliver on our sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers
- Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
- Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
- Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations
- Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
- Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
- Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
- Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter
- Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
- Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver's License (GDL) is an added advantage
- Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred
