Voice Support Specialist

At Maxis Malaysia, we are seeking a skilled Voice & UC Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our voice practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting customer-reported problems, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the smooth operation of software and systems through maintenance and integrations.
About the Job- Coordinate and manage technical support to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Deliver an excellent support experience to our customers by working with them to solve problems and answer questions.
- Perform preventive maintenance by conducting on-site visits to check and service equipment installed at customer sites.
We are looking for a candidate who is aggressive, resourceful, responsible, reliable, experienced in technical support, and able to work as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Coordination: Coordinate and manage technical support, including on-site support, phone support, and video call support.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Customer Support: Deliver an excellent support experience to our customers by working with them to solve problems and answer questions.
- Managed Services: Perform managed service job scope to customers, including change requests, report generation, server monitoring, and more.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance by conducting on-site visits to check and service equipment installed at customer sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, IT, or telecommunications.
- Relevant years of experience in voice and UC services.
- Significant experience in technical support.
- Pleasant personality, enjoy meeting people, good working attitude, fast learner, responsible, aggressive, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
