Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field and/or 5-10 years of experience in customer experience management and team leadership
- 5-10 years of experience in customer experience management and team leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively as a self-motivated individual
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
