Sales Operations Team Lead

The Sales Team Lead Coordinator plays a vital role in driving the success of our sales operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team consisting of Lead Generation Specialists and Sales Coordinators.
Your primary objective will be to manage the sales funnel's efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring optimal conversion rates from leads to meetings. You will also be responsible for leading daily huddles to address blockers and team concerns, and providing coaching through roleplays and shadowing sessions.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will develop solutions to enhance the sales funnel's efficiency and resolve any identified gaps. This will involve working closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes that drive results.
