We are seeking a highly skilled APAC Talent Development Lead to join our team at Institut Straumann AG. Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver high-quality learning programs that cater to diverse employee needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and projects.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies.
