About the Role

The Customer Service Executive position at GT Business Systems Sdn Bhd requires a customer-focused individual who can handle sales information, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional support.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Sales Information Handling: Handle sales information from the sales team and coordinate installation arrangements.
  2. User Account Setup: Set up customer user accounts and devices correctly.
  3. Customer Training and Support: Schedule product and service usage training for customers through onsite or online sessions.
  4. Product and Service Advice: Provide product and service information to customers and resolve any product or service-related issues.
  5. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints by understanding their concerns, diagnosing the issue, selecting the best solution, implementing it, and following up.
  6. Issue Reporting: Inform management of any hardware or software issues discovered for further analysis.
  7. Improvement Suggestions: Present suggestions for product or service enhancements to management based on customer feedback, information collection, and need analysis.
  8. Customer Acquisition: Engage potential customers by responding to their queries and offering information about related products and services.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare product or service reports by gathering and analyzing customer data.
  10. Customer Record Updates: Update customer records with the latest information.
  11. Vehicle Database Maintenance: Maintain the customer vehicle information database accurately.
Supporting Tasks
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels effectively.
  • Device Issue Tracking: Document faulty devices for reporting.
  • Order Filling: Fill in delivery orders and invoices.
  • Documentation: Prepare and submit installation documentation with images.
