Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, preferably a Master's degree in Marketing or a Degree in Automotive Engineering.
  • More than 5 years experience in product and/or marketing management, preferably in FMCG or Tire Industry.
  • Experience in transferring technical concepts into strong marketing communications messages.
  • Experience handling, analyzing, and optimizing complex portfolios (multiple SKUs and Sourcing).
  • Project Management experience working at a fast pace with varied disciplines and individuals to drive accountability for deliverables.
  • Understanding of the new product development process.
  • Experience in budget management and directing investments.
