Job Description

As an HR Shared Services Specialist at Chubb, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of all Payroll activities. This includes preparation, documentation, review, and validation of country payroll inputs in collaboration with Local HR and the payroll vendor.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the payroll vendor, Finance, and Local HR to ensure end-to-end payroll processing, from preparation to validation, and coordination with Finance and Local HR for on-time pay-out to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation and validation of country payroll inputs.
  2. Monitoring and consolidation of payroll inputs from various countries.
  3. Reviewing payroll registers and coordinating with the payroll vendor.
  4. Closely working with Finance and Local HR for on-time pay-out to employees.
  5. Producing monthly and periodic payroll reconciliation reports.
