Job Overview:

The Channel Development Assistant Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring the growth of the customer and partner base in the market. This role involves gathering market insights and competitor information to inform strategic decisions. The position will be based in East Malaysia and will cover the regions of Sabah and Sarawak.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Annual Plan: Create and execute the annual plan for channel development, including strategy, activities, communications, budget, and resources.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Explore market opportunities in local hospitals and other potential segments to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and perform competitor analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the company.
  • Strong Relationships Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, doctors, and potential partners.
