Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounting tasks such as keying-in of financial data, monitoring and reconciliation of accounts receivables/payables/petty cash/bank reconciliation;
  • Update monthly accounting schedules - deposit, fixed assets, matching of income & expenses, monitoring billings and corresponding expenses, etc.
  • Monitor due dates for contracts, cars licenses, insurance, tenancy agreements, etc.
  • Issue invoices and liaise with respective parties when required;
  • Administer the procurement and maintenance of office equipment, furniture and fittings, and stationeries;
  • Prepare statistical and financial reports for management;
  • Attend to telephone calls and accounting-related enquiries;
