Job Description:
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Collaborate closely with sales admin and marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Facilitate sales transactions by working closely with lawyers, bankers, and agents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Diploma or higher in business studies, administration, management, sales, or marketing
  2. Minimum one year of experience in property development or a related field
  3. Pleasant personality, independent, and dynamic
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin an advantage
  5. Familiarity with IFCA system an advantage
  6. Possess own transportation
  7. Fresh graduates welcome to apply
