Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Department Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure projects and enhancements, developing IT policies, processes, and standards, and providing incident response for IT security infrastructure components.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 5 years working experience in IT infra and network support. They should be able to lead and influence team members and stakeholders, possess good interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of infrastructure architecture framework and technologies, including Windows Server OS, SQL Server, Linux, and Server Virtualization (VMware vSphere). They should also be experienced in Cisco layer3 switching and routing, firewall (Fortinet), and RMiT guidelines. Knowledge of computer programming, scripting, and database will be a great advantage.
