The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in establishing similar hubs, implementing setups, transaction processing, client servicing, production support, FX reversals and trouble shooting, ensuring smooth payment experiences for clients.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify priorities, implement changes, and monitor progress towards goals. The selected candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills to guide stakeholders and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the setup and operation of the Global SC PRISM FX Hub, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, reduce FX-related risks, and improve overall business performance.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights into hub activities and achievements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of hub operations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing enhancements to management.
  • Collaborate with the CoE team to ensure seamless integration of FX operations, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments, applying knowledge to inform strategic decisions and optimize hub operations.
