Employee Banking Portfolio Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employee Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Standard Chartered Life and Careers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our employee banking business, while delivering exceptional customer service and financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans to expand our existing payroll and employee banking base.
- BUILD strong relationships with corporate clients to increase Payroll/Employee Banking share.
- Source potential clients regularly to maintain a sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Corporate & Institutional Clients, Commercial Clients, and Priority Banking partners to increase Payroll/Employee Banking share within their Existing customer segments.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations and manage credit and operational risk.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the banking and financial service industry.
- Strong understanding of bank products and services, excellent marketing and sales management skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and other departments within the bank.
- Proven ability to prepare presentations and project summaries for senior executives.
