Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in health and safety, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in transport, lifting operations, and training delivery.
  • Experience in delivering training across multiple skill levels.
  • Preferred: experience in OOG/heavy transport and lifting operations.
  • Working knowledge of safety management system applications.
  • NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent in HSQE discipline.
  • Lead Auditor in ISO 45001, 14001, and/or.
  • Advanced incident investigation certificate (e.g., Kelvin TOPSET).
  • Membership in a recognized safety organization (IOSH/SIA).
  • Lifting Supervisors.
  • Rigger/Banksman.
  • Strong operational and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about Health & Safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and KPI development.
