The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Policy Services department, ensuring that all policy applications are processed efficiently and accurately, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the team's workload to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the quality and timeliness of policy services.
  3. Collaborate closely with the team manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
