Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Main Accountabilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all requisitions within scope, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selection.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers locally and regionally at all levels, providing coaching and training in the end-to-end hiring funnel.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize efficiency, inform decision-making, and enable proactive workforce planning.
- Deliver a robust talent assessment process and rigorous evaluation across all hiring teams, ensuring the best possible candidates.
- Share market and competitive intelligence with business and organizational design colleagues to inform talent decisions.
- Manage and champion effective sourcing, assessment, selection, and pre-onboarding strategies.
- Partner with Sourcing Specialists to support current hiring requirements, focusing on niche and business-critical skill areas.
- Maintain timely updates to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data compliance within systems and tools, adhering to relevant labor and employment laws.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in full life cycle recruitment in agency/consulting and/or in-house environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills, with a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
- Ability to manage relationships locally and regionally with Senior Leaders and partner with P&O peers to deliver a talent agenda.
- Expertise and understanding of regional hiring trends, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and Commercial function.
- Effective and persuasive communicator with excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to extract and interpret data from internal and external sources.
- Capacity to navigate complex and ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with languages, particularly English and Chinese (spoken and written).
