Responsibilities:

  • Achieve accurate and timely application of cash receipts from customers in the system.
  • Resolve any AR-related discrepancies, including dealing with customers, operations, commercial, finance, and bankers.
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliation on cash receipts.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices with customers.
  • Send statements of account to customers on a monthly basis.
  • Issue tax invoices and tax receipts.
  • Adhere to designated SOP, internal policy, and local compliance requirements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Attend to any ad-hoc assignments or participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
