About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our team at WEBQLO. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative front-end solutions and working on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Create and maintain efficient, reusable front-end infrastructure and components to be used for in-house and clients' projects.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with designers to design and contribute to the feasibility of Good UI/UX.
  3. Code Optimization: Build reusable codes and libraries for future use, and perform UI/UX tests to optimize performance.
  4. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug applications, and adhere closely to development plans and anticipate changes to specifications or schedules as they become necessary during development.
  5. Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and train junior members of the team, and work with project managers when gathering requirements, presenting work, etc.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of working experience in website/system development with Angular.
  2. Good knowledge of public frameworks such as Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap.
  3. Good knowledge in building large, scalable SaaS systems with a good understanding of data processing architecture and associated principles.
  4. Experience with Amazon Web Services such as EC2, RDS, S3, IaM will be an added advantage.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  7. Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently.
