We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate - Business Analyst to join our team in Johor Bahru. This full-time and permanent position offers regional coverage, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation support, process improvement, and project coordination within our fund services team. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Owner of relevant Vistra and Client system processes.
  2. Review setup and maintenance of static data on Vistra and Client systems.
  3. Cleansing of data on systems must be performed successfully.
  4. Redirect client and investor requests and queries to relevant Vistra teams and locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
  1. A minimum of two years of experience in operation support, process improvement, project coordination, or a related field.
  2. Experience in accounting can be advantageous.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
