The Customer Service department at Zeal Group is pivotal for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We need someone who can:

  • Manage large-scale customer service teams effectively.
  • Develop and implement robust policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Craft effective solutions to customer feedback.

Our interview process consists of three stages:

  • Pre-Call session with the TA team – 30 minutes
  • 1st Interview session with Hiring Manager – 1 hour
  • Final Interview session with Head of Customer Service - 45 minutes
