Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to process salaries and wages for ResMed employees accurately and timely.
This involves partnering with outsourced/external providers to ensure effective end-to-end processing, complying with all legal and regulatory requirements in relation to payroll administration, responding to queries internally and externally, and preparing and providing payroll reporting.
Key Accountabilities
You will perform work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts.
Your key accountabilities might include: Performing routine professional-based activities (early in career), contributing to and managing projects (mid-career), providing advice/direction in primary areas of expertise (specialist and expert), leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results (principal).
You will build stable working relationships internally to exchange information.
You will receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience is necessary.
You will follow standard practices and procedures and apply basic theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies in analyzing situations or data.
