You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team on day-to-day campaigns execution and managing app and web platforms via various internal platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own key campaign deployment, interpreting briefs, managing asset creation, and deploying across key channels within a QC process.
  • BAU - launch and maintain assets on various platforms, including Shopback app, web, and CRM channels.
  • Manage briefs coming from the Business Development team and assist in executing or delegating tasks as needed.
  • Assist in analyzing Marketing Operations SLA performance and data regularly, sharing insights and learnings with the internal marketing team.
  • Coordinates the scheduling of assets onsite and ensures adequate exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team for every Marketing campaign.
What You'll Bring
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and execution within an e-commerce or tech industry.
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns and a marketing background.
  • Strong skills in using Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) or equivalent tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Doc).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to copywrite.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural aptitude to communicate clear solutions.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • A strong ability to operate independently in campaign planning and end-to-end execution, as well as problem-solving.
  • A passion for process improvement and the ability to cascade feedback to the internal team in real-time.
  • Ability to interpret ambiguous briefs, identify critical information, and manage stakeholders to successfully deploy campaigns.
  • Great communication skills and a positive mindset.
  • Strong time and task management skills, with the ability to adapt swiftly to changes whenever required.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to highlight possible gaps and solutions for process improvement.
  • Able to understand and interpret campaign data.
