Senior Executive/Digital Marketing Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive/Digital Marketing professional to join our team at J-Recruit Recruitment Agency.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, and social media content.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's social media profiles, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement with the audience.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve the website's visibility on search engines and increase organic traffic.
  • Monitor and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Create and manage online ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Utilize online editing tools like Canva and CapCut to design graphics, edit images, and create visually appealing content for marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt and evolve digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Mandarin speaking is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in SEO, SEM, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, SMS & email marketing, various social media platforms, digital tools, and website analytics.
  • Good knowledge in social media post & content management, with the ability to create & edit attractive content.
  • Passionate about creating new content and initiating memes.
