Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to ensure the achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
- Sales Lead Management: Prepare and execute action plans for effective search and engagement with sales leads and prospects.
- Market Penetration: Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new channels.
- Marketing Campaigns: Manage and implement marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Sales Performance: Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
- Pricing and Profitability: Ensure accurate and competitive pricing on all prospect applications, striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Expense Control: Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring communication and implementation within the team.
- Sales Standards: Ensure all sales activities meet or exceed established standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
- Account Management: Manage account receivables in existing and new sales channels.
- Promotion Planning: Execute promotion plans in offline and online channels.
- Point of Sale Management: Oversee effective displays of POSM in retail stores.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within pet food or food industry.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, strategy development, and execution.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
