Allianz Services is a leading business segment within the Allianz Group, one of the world's largest insurers and asset managers. The company has successfully integrated various businesses from different parent companies to form a single entity.

This position is part of the Financial Business Services department and will be responsible for supporting Allianz entities with settlements, credit control, and finance operation processing on transactions with intermediaries.

The role involves communicating with intermediaries and participating in finance transformation projects, such as UAT on system improvements, workflow enhancements, and process optimization within the finance operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage settlement for premiums, commissions, credit control, and daily finance operation processing on intermediaries.
  • Reconcile funds received and perform inter-system and suspense reconciliation.
  • Process RI settlements and reconciliations, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders to resolve related issues.
  • Send statement of account and commission advice for intermediaries.
  • Perform credit card charging for aged premiums and liaise with intermediaries and Policy Management Team for related matters.
  • Process data security control execution and manage disputes and issues with intermediaries in collection of premiums.
  • Propose and establish improvements in processes and controls in AR scope of work.
  • Liaise with Business Development Teams in the management of intermediaries.
  • Liaise with IT Technical Team and/or Policy Management Team to resolve discrepancies in bookings, GST, and intermediaries' account setup that affects premium collection.
