We ensure timely, accurate, and satisfactory filing of tax returns, payment settlements, and corporate operations with legal licenses and certificates. The team recommends ways to minimize corporate tax through the use of tax laws and regulations.
\\The Main Responsibilities of this role include:
\1. Corporate income tax computation, filing, and assessments for all relevant legal entities.\2. Ensure all tax payments are made by due dates.\3. Prepare tax installment reports/analysis within the required schedule.\4. Assist Tax agent in mitigating tax risks by taking proactive actions timely.\5. Coordinate and support external audits to ensure timely completion.\6. Work towards successfully closing audit assessments or audits implemented by related authorities.\7. Review transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with TE's corporate policies and local tax regulations.\8. Support the business from a treasury function perspective, including bank transactions.\9. Complete all license renewals and bank updates on time.
\\We're looking for someone who can help us develop a positive relationship with local tax authorities and other relevant institutions. You'll work closely with our Controller to ensure tax compliance and strategic matters are properly managed and executed.
