Personal Office Manager

We are seeking a skilled Personal Office Manager to support our company executives. As a highly organized and proactive individual, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and managing confidential files and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to company executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence preparation.
- Manage and coordinate travel itineraries and accommodations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably with Malaysian public companies.
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
