Job Requirements:
  1. A background in interior and construction industries or relevant experience is preferred.
  2. Technical know-how required includes understanding technical drawings, measurement unit conversions, and knowledge of renovation and construction work.
  3. A minimum diploma level or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  4. Having own transport is beneficial.
  5. Competence in BM, English (written and spoken), and Mandarin (optional) enables effective communication with clients, suppliers, and co-workers.
  6. A good work ethic, ability to coordinate several tasks concurrently, strong sense of urgency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
