Job Responsibilities
  • Candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal abilities and foster mutually beneficial environments for all individuals they collaborate with.
Internal Customer Management
  • The role involves defining and communicating KPIs and targets to the Client Success Specialist team, analysing client and market behaviour patterns, and determining strengths and weaknesses of direct reports.
  • Ensuring retention and satisfaction of assigned clients, conducting regular business reviews, and understanding customer goals and initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
  • This position requires collaboration with Country Sales Head to deliver industry-best sales competence throughout the Client Success Specialist teams.
  • Implementing and ensuring full adoption of Salesforce system to drive efficiency and transparency of sales performance within the sales team.
Reporting
  • Continually developing knowledge of products/services and commercial awareness to provide guidance to sales teams.
  • Analysing named accounts performance data to measure success, identify fluctuations/trends, and decide on relevant actions.
