  • Develop strategic relationships with consultants and other stakeholders to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Back Office staff to develop new markets.
Reactive Sales:
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to our schemes, products, or territories.
  • Support customers in retaining their certifications and minimizing attrition.
  • Manage customer accounts, including recertification and upselling.
  • Review contracts, RFPs, and tenders to ensure compliance with commercial guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a certification body.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
