Job Description

The Technical Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking spare parts inventory from procurement to stock placement using SAP/S4 Hana. This role involves handling procurement, quotations, and invoicing for spare parts and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage spare parts inventory from procurement to stock placement.
  • Handle procurement, quotations, and invoicing for spare parts and maintenance services.
  • Perform regular stock counts and manage the placement of spare parts within the inventory.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery and proper storage of spare parts to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure all documentation and inventory records are accurately maintained in SAP/S4 Hana.
  • Handle service maintenance contract renewals and process related quotations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in order processing, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience in spare parts inventory management.
  • Proficiency in using SAP/S4 Hana system and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good customer service skills and effective communication.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
