About the RoleWe're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our Human Resources team at Monash University Malaysia. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support for payroll processing, compensation, benefits, and related reports.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with established procedures and financial regulations;
- Maintaining payroll records and HR systems;
- Supporting payroll-related projects and initiatives;
- Providing responsive assistance to staff and stakeholders as required;
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong attention to detail and organizational abilities;
